В начале оно ругается потому, что в DHCP написано "C:\Program Files\WTware\TFTPDROOT\PRO\4.3.36\pxelinux.0". Это неправильно, бездиски при загрузке не имеют доступа к диску C:. Надо писать путь от корня TFTP, т.е. PRO\4.3.36\pxelinux.0

Дальше - лог как лог. Проблема в чем?

PS: 120.120.120.29 - это сейчас такие IP модно стало использовать?

Гружусь с дискеты.
