By the way i was able to resolve the issue with the terminal sessions reconnecting after 30 seconds by creating a reg key in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Current\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp
and creating a Dword called LogonTimeout with a hex value 86400 for 1 day.
